This elegant bicycle and its polished components belie an extremely capable touring and dirt road explorer. Built around an early 1990s Shogun Alpine GT frame, we have rigged this bike to be as at home on the back roads of Victoria as on the commute to work through Melbourne’s suburbs.

The Shogun is now running a mix of quality Japanese components including a reliable and durable wide range 8 speed drivetrain. Shod with the new Schwalbe G-One tyres, a fast and grippy alternative to the heavy touring tyres of days past, on brand new but classically styled handbuilt wheels.

We recently repainted the frame with a durable, sleek and understated powdercoat, and now we’ve equipped it to take you far and wide.
